Are my images uploaded?
No. Resizing, format conversion, and ZIP creation run in your browser. Still/Ready does not receive or store the image files.
What does Plus add?
Plus lets you save and reuse up to 20 named export profiles on one activated browser. It costs $4.99 once, with no subscription or renewal.
Can I get a refund?
Request a full refund within 14 calendar days by emailing us with your order ID. A successful refund disables the Plus license. See our Refund Policy.
Do presets guarantee marketplace acceptance?
No. Presets are starting points; marketplaces can change their image rules. Check the current requirements for the channel where you list products.
