Privacy Policy

Images you select

Image resizing, format conversion, previews, and ZIP creation run in your browser on your device. The app does not upload your selected image files to an application server or store them in a cloud account. Your browser holds temporary image data while the page is open; closing or refreshing the page clears the app's previews. Downloaded files remain under your control.

Information the service may receive

The free image tool does not require an account or personal information. If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and information you choose to include. The support mailbox uses Google Gmail to deliver and store correspondence.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP address, browser and device details, request time, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare operates a global network, so requests may be routed through locations outside your country. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

For Plus, your license key and browser activation ID are stored in local storage on your device and sent directly from your browser to Dodo Payments when you activate, validate, or deactivate the license. We do not receive your card details. See Dodo Payments' Privacy Policy for its handling of purchase information.

How information is used and retained

Support correspondence is used to respond to your request and is retained for as long as needed to handle the request and maintain appropriate business records. Cloudflare handles technical request data under its policies and configuration. The current app has no analytics, advertising trackers, or user profile database.

Sharing and payments

We do not sell image files or use them for advertising, and Still/Ready does not receive images through the app. If you buy Plus, Dodo Payments acts as the Merchant of Record and handles checkout, payment, tax, receipt, and refund processing under its own privacy terms. Dodo may receive purchase and billing details, including contact and transaction information. We may receive support messages you send us and license activation status; we do not receive full card numbers.

Browser storage

Saved Plus export profiles, your license key, and its activation ID are stored in your browser's local storage. Profiles contain export settings and names you choose, not image files. This information remains on that browser unless you clear its site data. Profiles are not synced to our servers. If your purchase is refunded, Dodo disables the license; Plus profile management then becomes unavailable, although locally stored profile data may remain in the browser.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can choose which images to process and remove them from the page at any time. You can clear browser site data to remove locally saved settings, profiles, or license information. For payment information handled by Dodo Payments, contact Dodo through its privacy notice or buyer support channel. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
