Terms of Service

What the tool does

Still/Ready lets you resize, convert, rename, and package image files in your browser. Image processing happens locally on your device in the current release. We do not provide cloud image storage, professional image editing, marketplace approval, or a guarantee that an image meets a third party's current requirements.

Your files and permitted use

You keep ownership of your files. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to process and use each image. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe another person's rights, or to interfere with the service or other users.

Still/Ready Plus

Plus is a one-time purchase priced at US$4.99, with no subscription or automatic renewal. It adds the ability to save and reuse up to 20 named export profiles in one browser. A license is intended for one active browser at a time. You may deactivate it before moving it to another browser. Profiles are stored only in that browser and are not backed up or synced by us. Dodo Payments handles checkout and sends the license key. A refunded or otherwise invalidated key no longer unlocks Plus.

Payment and refunds

Any applicable taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record for the purchase. Refund eligibility and instructions are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Results and availability

Output quality and compatibility depend on your source files, settings, device, and browser. Preset dimensions are convenience starting points only. Check the current rules of the marketplace or service where you intend to use an image. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Keep your original files and backups; the tool does not store or recover them.

No warranty

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. These terms do not limit liability where such a limitation is prohibited by law.
